The Blinking Rune (瞬きの紋章, Mabataki no Monshō) is a rune which appears in several games in the Suikoden series.
This rune allows the bearer to use teleportation magic. Viki was especially adept with the rune. It did not come without risk; the rune could backfire with its intended affects targeting allies instead of enemies.
