好意の紋章 Kōi no Monshō
The Kindness Rune (好意の紋章, Kōi no Monshō) is a rune that appears in Suikoden II.
Information
This rune could not be borne by an individual, and had to be attached to a weapon. The rune had the effect of turning the kindness of friendship into power for the weapon's wielder. The more favoured the person, the higher the power gained and the more powerful the bearer's attacks.

Kindness Rune
ATK +1 for each Stat Stone given to the wielder, ATK +1 for every hour in the active party, ATK -1 for every battle ended unconscious, to a maximum of +127.

Trivia
- A negative Kindness value causes the Kindness Rune to underflow the user's ATK value to 999.
